Betty is the in-house mother at Wine Country Chocolates both literally and figuratively, and she puts up with a lot of craziness from her “kids.”
Betty is one of our owners and head chocolatier; she also multi-tasks as a truffle catcher/ advice giver.
Her favorite truffle flavor is Amaretto.
