Catherine Ackerly

Catherine is the resident comedian at Wine Country Chocolates; chances are if you hear laughs from the kitchen, she’s in the building!
She is an assistant chocolatier, a reluctant tasting bar associate, and the only person on site that can foil wrap our “Horses of a Different Color.”
Her favorite truffle flavor is Raspberry.
