Truffles

It's ALL about the truffles at Wine Country Chocolates! Our extra-creamy, intensely-flavored truffles are the centerpiece of what we do, and they will amaze you! We start with a smooth ganache made from our own blended Guittard and Sharffen Berger chocolates, fresh dairy cream and butter. This ganache is then flavored with the finest ingredients, including local wines, fruit purees, coffees, liquors, etc. They contain no preservatives or waxes, and will stay fresh for up to three weeks.
