Part of the Wine Country Chocolates Tasting Room experience is a sampling of different cacao percentages ranging from milk to bittersweet chocolate.  Cacao is the solid pieces of the cacao or cocoa bean which is ground and incorporated with sugar, cocoa butter, and other ingredients to make chocolate.  The higher the percentage of cacao, the darker the chocolate is, and the less other ingredients it contains.

Our 38% Chocolate Buttons are made from 38% cacao solids and are our milk chocolate
