We strive to get your orders made, packaged and shipped within the first couple days of your order. During “chocolate holidays” ie. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc., production time will take longer. Please get your orders in early! Each chocolate is made by hand to order… thanks for your understanding!
We guarantee that your chocolate will arrive to you in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for chocolate left on your doorstep. Please consider having your order mailed to your place of business, especially during the warm summer months.
Wine Country Chocolates ships via U.S. Priority Mail. Depending on your location, shipping time will be one to five days from time of shipment. DUE TO COVID-19, USPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL! PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND.
During the warm summer months, we may have to add extra layers of packaging and/or ice packs to maintain the highest quality product possible. If the heat is extreme, we may have to delay shipment. If we need to delay shipping your order, you will be notified via email and given the option to cancel the order.
